Storage cage available and located in the basement level of an apartment complex in the heart of Port Melbourne, off Bay St.
This cage is 2.8 m long x 1.2 m wide x 2 m high.
It is in a secure location, in a locked storage area, on basement level 1, near the lifts for building A. Only one storage room key can be supplied. The location is close to shops, schools and transport.
The Renter may access the storage room by car via the car park entrance gate near 52 Nott St, or by foot from 55 Bay St.

Rules for my space
Minimum rental period is 12 months
Please allow at least 2 weeks to organise a pass for a renter who is not living in the building.
Please be advised that aside from the monthly payment, there is a $150 deposit for the key.
